28 Day Program
We all have questions, perhaps want direction and each one of us has our own answers – we just need to learn how to tap into our inner wisdom. The 28 Day Soul Coaching Program is designed to do just that.  This program was created by Denise Linn of the International Institute of Soul Coaching® and as one of the few fully certified Advanced Soul Coaching® Practitioners who has been personally trained by Denise, I can take you on this very powerful journey. I will support you in taking an honest look at who you are and the shape of your life, face your fears, release old negative patterns, get motivated, and step boldly into your future. Using soul journeys, openness, sharing, and creating a safe place to be all you, are this program is like no other.

The Aim

The aim of the 28 Day Program is:

  • Assess and evaluate your life.
  • Evaluate your relationships.
  • Learn to follow your intuition.
  • Activate your creativity.
  • Become more connected to your body.
  • Clear out your physical clutter and make room for new energy.
  • Examine your core beliefs and create a life that works in harmony with that.
  • Explore your emotional life and learn that you are so much more than the emotions you experience.
  • Release fear and patterns that no longer serve your highest good.
  • Use what you have learned to take action for a positive future.

This 28 Day Soul Coaching Program creates radical shifts, so if you are serious about taking charge of your life then let’s get going.

The Process

The 28 day program is split into 4 weeks with each of these weeks looking at de-cluttering the Mind, Body, Emotions, and Spirit.

  • 2 workshops either in person or on Skype, averaging 2 hours each – one to kickoff the program & the other to close
  • A manual featuring over 100 pages of lessons at three different levels, you choose how much time you would like to spend each day depending on your time commitment. Remember the more effort you put in, the more profound the results will be. There is a total of 84 exercises so you can revisit this program as many times as you like.
  • 28 daily affirmations, one for each day of the program
  • 28 daily meditations, one for each day of the program
  • Email support during the program
  • Option to have extra weekly Coaching during the program
